Wedding Package One
Full Access
100 people maximum
Reserve the entire property for a two-night minimum
Facility Rental Fee of $8000* includes:
1. Exclusive rights to the property - no other guests will be on the grounds, in the guestrooms or dining room, etc.
2. Services of an onsite Wedding Coordinator
3. A Honeymoon Suite for two nights
4. Your Wedding Cake baked in our own kitchen
5. Photographic rights to the property – Your photographer has access to the full property for your wedding photos (cost of photographer not included.)
6. Transportation to the ceremony site on our grounds (for your guests who need assistance).
This $8000 facility fee does not include the cost of the rooms (which is $17,780 for 2 nights - not including tax and service charge). The $8000 also does not include the reception, catering, any rental equipment such as tent, tables, chairs, etc, flowers, music, etc.
The Swag offers many add-ons with this full access package, as well as options on how to handle the reception. Lovely locations abound throughout our property and we’ll help you pick the right one for you for your special day.
All food must be catered by The Swag. We'll work with you to create the perfect menu!
Wedding Package Two
Small Weddings
40 people maximum
Facility Rental Fee of $4000 includes:
1. Services of an onsite Wedding Coordinator
2. A Honeymoon Suite for one night
3. Your Wedding Cake baked in our own kitchen
4. Transportation to the ceremony site on our grounds (for your guests who need assistance)
This $4000 facility fee does not include any room charges other than the honeymoon suite. The $4000 also does not include the reception, catering, any rental equipment such as tent, tables, chairs, etc, flowers, music, etc. This package does not include exclusive rights to the property.
Wedding Package Three
Elopement/Renewal of Vows
Cost $750
Just the two of you!
This package includes:
1. Services of an onsite Wedding Coordinator
2. Services of the onsite Minister
3. Transportation to the ceremony site on our grounds (if necessary)
4. Small, two-person wedding cake
Two-night stay required. Lodging fees not included in wedding package price.
