Daily rates include evening hors d’oeuvres and all three meals for two people.
Each additional person $150 to base rate (except Two Story).
Children 7 years and younger $75 per night.
For holiday weekends, The Swag requires a three night minimum stay.
15% service charge, 8% state tax and 4% room tax are additional.
At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be due. A two-night minimum stay is requested. However, we are now taking one night reservations when possible. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation Policy Your deposit, less $50 per room booked, will only be refunded if we receive your cancellation request at least three weeks prior to your arrival, because of our remote location we have no drop-in guests.
While we love animals, The Swag does have a NO PET policy.
