Since we are located off the beaten path and have no walk-in guests, cancellations affect us significantly.

Your deposit, less $50 per room booked, will be refunded if we receive notification of your cancellation at least three weeks prior to your planned arrival date.

After that, we regret that no refund is possible (regardless of the reason) for a no-show or an early departure. Needless to say, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
