Reservations
may be made up to one year in advance. At checkout, it is commonplace
for guests to request "same time next year" reservations.
A room is held with either a credit card or a check deposit. If you prefer
to mail a deposit check, it must be received within ten days of the verbal
reservation. If we do not receive a room deposit within ten days, the
reservation will be released and your room may be booked by another guest.
At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your entire stay
will be due. A two-night minimum stay is required. Upon receipt of your
deposit we will mail you a letter of confirmation and a guest information
form that we will ask you to fill out and send back to us.
