Every bedroom at The Swag is a distinctive creation, unique in size and decor. Our nightly room rates range from $330-$700 (based on double occupancy) and include all meals. In larger rooms with sufficient space for more than two guests, each additional person is $90 -- with the exception of the Two Story, which is $150 per.
In the event of single person room occupancy, $50 is subtracted from the room's normal rate. There is a 15% service charge, 7% North Carolina sales tax, and 3% local occupancy tax on all room rates. A two night minimum stay is required.
