In the evening, the mood at our Smoky Mountain resort is elegant, yet informal and relaxed. Sit at a romantic table for two, in an intimate setting with frie
nds, or at large dining table with other guests – just let us know which you'd prefer.
Our delicious four-course dinner is served with flair in the candlelit dining room. Each day you receive notice of that night's three entree choices, as well as three tempting dessert choices. Vegetarian and special diet meals are available upon request. View sample menus.
Note: Non-overnight dinner guests are taken by reservation only.

Gourmet Pack Lunch:
available for pick-up at 9:30am
Hors d'oeuvres:
