T  he Swag's Executive Chef, Keith Davis is originally from Rocky Mount, NC. He and his wife relocated to Waynesville to start their family. Keith has always enjoyed cooking and started cooking with his grandparents as a child. Keith holds a culinary degree from AB Tech in Asheville and previously worked as the Executive Chef at the Maggie Valley Country Club and the Waynesville Inn. Chef Davis says, "I have always enjoyed cooking and the fact that it is the one career that never feels like work."
