Prepared and presented with care by The Swag staff, our hearty breakfast buffet is an enticing reason to get out of our comfy beds in the 
morning. 
And, just when you’ve hiked off the last of your morning meal, our yummy packed lunch will hit the spot.
Dinner
Our always-exceptional evening meals are influenced by the seasons and the personal style of our fabulous chef, Bryan Kimmett. Our ever-changing menus feature the freshest herbs, fruits, and vegetables (often from our own gardens) and products from local farmers and purveyors, such as Sunburst Trout Farms in the heart of Pisgah National Forest.
