Breakfast & Lunch
Our sumptuous Smoky Mountain resort breakfast buffet is a morning culinary experience you won't soon forget. Breakfast specialties include our cider-simmered oatmeal, omelets made to order, fragrant breads, 
bacon or country sausage, fresh juices and an ever-changing variety of pancakes, waffles, and pastries.
All luncheons are packed either in a brown bag (if you are leaving The Swag), a backpack for hiking (we provide maps with hiking destinations clearly marked), or a wooden picnic hamper if you want to eat your picnic closer to the inn. Our famous Swag Bar is always included in this mid-day meal (Swag regulars would riot if it weren't!). Click here for the Swag Bar recipe.
Wednesday brings a special lunch to The Swag. Our gourmet cookout picnic buffet at Gooseberry Knob is a sight to behold. Click here for photos and details.
